So what path brought Linda to real estate? Linda was born and raised in Texas, moving to California after teaching school for over five years.

What changed her career to real estate as her profession? Well it was her husband, a real estate broker himself. Linda discovered what a rewarding experience it was being the person responsible for helping homeowners reach their goals. It’s exhilarating to see the face on buyers when you hand the keys over to them, and so rewarding when Sellers move to the next stage of their lives. She found that she could be part of her clients’ lives for years as they bought and sold property, even helping their children with real estate. She has found a whole lifetime of friends selling real estate.

So what does Linda do when she is not selling real estate? Linda still enjoys volunteering for schools, currently helping mentor first graders in the Garden Grove school district. Linda is also very passionate about the Green movement. In 2010 she earned The National Association of Realtor’s Green Designation. She hopes to share information she has learned to help her clients, making their homes and lives just a bit more “green.” In line with being green, Linda has always loved gardening, growing her own herb and vegetables.

So what does it take to be in real estate for over 25 years? Most of Linda’s day is spent talking to REAL PEOPLE! The more contacts she can make, the higher the chances are that she will meet the right person ready to make a move. Linda consistently is in neighborhoods looking for qualified buyers and sellers. Linda’s long list of satisfied past clients and proven track record shows her commitment to make EVERYONE happy!

Linda is also committed to keeping up with the trends and changes in the market AND the era we live in. Not wanting to get stuck in the “good ole days” Linda is keeping up with the times blogging,  networking with agents via internet sites like Activerain.com & Facebook. Advertising via email campaigns, Craig’s List, Realtor.com, virtual tours, etc. Linda uses ALL of the resources out there to make that happen!
